Wade recently transitioned away from being a professor and forensic economist to pursue his passion of poverty alleviation – helping to establish Become More. Wade is dedicated to providing the needed education and opportunity that will empower people living in extreme poverty to break free from the poverty trap. Wade enjoys reading, swimming, playing the piano, and traveling with his family. He and his wife Cindy are the proud parents of three wonderful children.
Tyler and his wife Kristin are the proud parents of four children and two sons-in-law. He enjoys spending time with his family, with hobbies that include traveling, scuba diving, boating, jiu jitsu, and ATV/dirt bike riding. He has completed over one hundred triathlons (including two Ironman races). Over the years, his travels have taken him all over the globe, where he has been a first-hand witness to extreme poverty. He has a deep desire to help others improve their circumstance and is driven to impact in a positive way. Tyler has scaled back his clinical hours to help establish and found Become More, where he plans on devoting the rest of his life to help alleviate extreme poverty and promote the cause of Becoming More.
Brad and his wife Lori are the proud parents of four married children and 6 incredible grandchildren. He loves mountain biking, UTV adventures, fly fishing, singing and playing guitar in a local band. His commitment to cause of “Become More” is consistent with his life’s pursuit of finding joy in living a life dedicated to serving others.
For over a decade, Cam has worked professionally and as a volunteer on poverty elimination, access to justice, and sustainable development. He has lived in Central Asia, Europe, Central, and North America. Cam and his wife, Marissa, are the parents of three children. He enjoys traveling, competitive cooking, all things sport (Dodgers, Liverpool FC, Raiders, Jazz), and reading (mostly biographies).

Rhett has a passion for “bucket-list” achievements and has spent several decades achieving these for himself & helping others to do so, including swimming across an international border, inventing something that goes to market, filing patents, and visiting wonders of the world. He believes that everyone can become their best self by serving others and that most people will excel when provided the right opportunities. This belief is consistent with the purpose and mission of Become More. Rhett finds his biggest sense of impact and joy with his wife Ashley and his four children.
Ben is passionate about business, family, working hard and playing harder. Ben and his wife are the proud parents of 5 children.
Lloyd recently authored “G Cubed, The Only Formula You Will Ever Need to Become Personally Fulfilled”, (2022). He works hard to maximize his own personal fulfillment in his individual life, with his family, and in society. Lloyd and his wife are the proud parents of 4 children.
