LEADERSHIP
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CEO and co-founder of LoanPro, one of the leading loan management software platforms in the US, with billions in assets under management. After raising the largest series A in Utah history at the time ($100M), Rhett helped establish Become More as a direct expression of his belief that business success creates a responsibility to give back in a sustainable way. He believes everyone can become their best self by serving others.

As a serial entrepreneur, Ben enjoys helping companies achieve success through automation and process refinement. He is passionate about business, family, and working hard and playing harder. He works hard to maximize his own fulfillment in his individual life, with his family, and in society. Lloyd and his wife are the proud parents of 4 children.

Wade earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Utah, specializing in development, public, gender, and labor economics. His dissertation research analyzed the economic impact of landmines in Cambodia. A professor for 18 years and former forensic economist, Wade transitioned fully to poverty alleviation to found Become More. He regularly visits Cambodia to understand poverty firsthand and develop sustainable solutions.

Tyler completed his Doctoral studies at Logan University and has more than 22 years of experience in private practice, building two successful clinics in Utah. Diagnosed with a life-threatening illness at 19, he committed his life to helping others who suffer. Tyler has completed over 100 triathlons including two Ironman races, and has witnessed extreme poverty firsthand across the globe. He has scaled back clinical hours to help establish Become More.

Wade leads Become More as its founder and president, bringing his background in development economics and 18 years of academic experience to bear on building a charity that creates lasting, measurable change. He is dedicated to empowering people living in extreme poverty to break free from the poverty trap through education and opportunity.

His personal experience with serious illness drives his deep commitment to ensuring that every person in the communities Become More serves has access to the care they need.

Lloyd leads the Become More Fulfillment Trips program, bringing his passion for helping others achieve their own personal fulfillment to bear in Cambodia. As the author of G Cubed, Lloyd believes that sustainable joy comes from serving others, and the Fulfillment Trips program was built around that conviction.

CAMOBODIA
CAMBODIA EXECUTIVE TEAM
Based on the ground in Cambodia, this team leads day-to-day operations and serves as the direct connection between the organization and the communities it serves.
BunTeng serves as Country Director for Become More in Cambodia, overseeing all in-country operations, staff, and programs. His leadership and deep knowledge of Cambodian culture and communities are essential to the organization's ability to create sustainable change across the villages it serves.
SreyKim leads the student sponsorship experience program, serving as the vital link between sponsored students and their donors. She ensures that the relationships at the heart of Become More's model are genuine, meaningful, and transformative for everyone involved.
Lysa oversees Become More's English and financial literacy education programs across multiple Cambodian villages. Her work ensures that sponsored students receive the quality instruction they need to build a foundation for economic independence and a path out of generational poverty.

US SUPPORT AND VOLUNTEERS
A dedicated group of specialists and volunteers who bring their unique skills to bear on the mission, each contributing in ways that multiply the impact of every dollar donated.
Jonathan is a digital marketing specialist and CEO of Quantum Qube Marketing, an SEO and AI automation agency. With a background in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from BYU, he brings web design, development, and online marketing expertise to Become More. Jonathan is deeply involved in building tools that connect donors to the students their contributions support.

Candice leads Become More's feminine hygiene initiatives in Cambodia, addressing one of the most overlooked barriers to girls staying in school. Her program provides the supplies, education, and dignity that allow young women to attend class without interruption and stay on track toward graduation.
Lynne supports Become More with her time and expertise as a dedicated volunteer, contributing to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps programs running. Her involvement reflects the strong community of supporters who make the mission possible.
Steve and Lacie bring a hands-on spirit and genuine passion for the mission to their work as Become More volunteers. Their photo at Angkor Wat speaks for itself: they do not just give from a distance. They show up.

The teachers, administrators, and program staff who show up every day in the villages Become More serves. This is the team that makes everything real.
Try MonyRoth provides essential administrative support for Become More's Cambodia operations, helping coordinate communications, records, and logistics across the programs and villages the organization serves.
Meas Chhuneang teaches English in the Become More school network, helping students build the language skills that are essential to breaking out of the poverty cycle. Her work in the classroom is where the mission becomes real.
Chhat Mengkea is an English teacher in the Become More village school program. Every day in his classroom, he is giving students the tools they need to access opportunities that were simply unavailable to the generation before them.
Choeng Vatey teaches in Become More's English school program, supporting the curriculum that forms the backbone of the organization's education mission. Her classroom is one of the most direct expressions of what Become More exists to do.
Norm Sreyneth teaches English to sponsored students in Cambodia, contributing daily to the educational foundation that Become More is building in underserved villages. Her dedication to her students reflects the heart of the entire team.
Dim Saveng is a teacher in the Become More school network, working directly with students to build the English language proficiency and foundational skills that open doors to higher education and economic independence.
Orn Sam An teaches in Become More's Cambodia schools, supporting the English and financial literacy curriculum that forms the backbone of the organization's educational mission.
