His dissertation research analyzed the economic impact of landmines in Cambodia. A professor for 18 years and former forensic economist, Wade transitioned fully to poverty alleviation to found Become More. He regularly visits Cambodia to understand poverty firsthand and develop sustainable solutions.

Diagnosed with a life-threatening illness at 19, he committed his life to helping others who suffer. Tyler has completed over 100 triathlons including two Ironman races, and has witnessed extreme poverty firsthand across the globe. He has scaled back clinical hours to help establish Become More.
